Factory digital twin · For plant owners, US and abroad

Your floor is losing money. We find where, then bring the robot AI that fixes it.

We price every loss on your line, build a twin of your worst station, and let leading robot-AI teams train on it until one hits the target you set. You pay for a robot only if it hits that target on your real floor.

What you get

A report your CFO can sign. In your hands in 14 days.

Every loss on the line (scrap, rework, bad batches, yield loss), priced in dollars, with the fix that pays back first. This is the format of the free loss check report.

Plants like yours

Different floors. Same leaks.

Where raw materials vary and one wrong step can ruin a batch, money leaks in the same few places. Here is where we look first.

Meat, poultry & hides

  • Trim yield at the cut line
  • Mis-grades at inspection
  • Hide damage and downgrades

Often tested first: Vision check at the trim table

Dairy & ice cream

  • Off-spec batches
  • Fill-weight giveaway
  • Waste at changeovers

Often tested first: Fill-weight check tied to the filler

Corn syrup, starch & milling

  • Off-spec batches
  • Yield lost between steps
  • Rework and re-runs

Often tested first: Dosing and sampling check at the tank

Beverages & bottling

  • Syrup dosing errors
  • Fill-level rejects
  • Losses at changeovers

Often tested first: Dosing check in the mix room

Bakery, snacks & confectionery

  • Weight giveaway
  • Scrap at forming and cutting
  • Pack-out rejects

Often tested first: Portion-weight check before the oven

Chemicals, coatings & cleaners

  • Mis-dosed batches
  • Re-blends and rework
  • Spills and injuries

Often tested first: Recorded dosing SOP at the mixer

Leather, textiles & footwear

  • Dye-lot mismatch
  • Grading errors
  • Cut waste on hides and fabric

Often tested first: Vision grading plus a new cut pattern

How you pay

Free to find. Pay only when it works.

We're vendor-neutral. Fixes from any maker are tested in a twin of your station against the target you set, before you spend capex, and you pay only if the fix hits it.

Step 1 · Loss check

$0

Every loss on one line, priced in dollars.

  • Loss report in dollars, station by station
  • The fixes worth testing, ranked by payback
  • No shutdown, NDA signed before any camera goes up
  • You keep the report either way

Your footage and data belong to you and stay in your control.

Step 2 · Test, then fix

On target

You set the bar. You pay only if the fix clears it.

  • Every option tested in a twin of your station before capex
  • Vetted robot-AI teams train on your task in the twin
  • Robots, vision, process changes: whatever pays back first
  • Vendor-neutral: we don't sell robots
  • Pilot on your floor, measured against your target
  • No payment if it misses the target

Target and terms agreed in writing before the pilot.

Why now

Robot AI just got good. It hasn't seen your floor.

The new robot brains are general. Your recipes, your raw materials and your pack sizes are not. Test them in a twin of your floor before you spend.

Humanoid payback swings 2.5× on layout, flow and shifts. Robots train in a twin of your floor first, so you know which side you're on before the PO.

What the loss check costs you

$0 to start. One walk-through.

  • A 20-minute call
  • A walk-through of one area
  • Your cycle times

If it finds nothing worth fixing, you've lost nothing. If no robot hits your target in the twin, you've paid nothing for a robot.

We already work with an integrator or vendor. Why add you?

Keep them. We don't sell robots or software, and we run alongside your quality systems. We test their proposal in a twin of your station first, so you know it pays back before you sign. If their fix wins, they build it.

We already track OEE. What does this add?

OEE tells you how much time you lose. We price each loss in dollars and show which fix pays back first, including what machine counters miss: manual steps, batching, grading and trim. Send us your OEE data and we build on it.

Who sees our data?

Only the team on your line sees it, under an NDA signed before any camera goes up. We measure stations, not people: faces are blurred and there is no individual performance tracking. Cameras run on their own network, nothing connects to your systems, and your footage and recipes stay yours.

What do we commit to?

One page: the task, the target (say 98% accuracy at your line speed) and a paid pilot if a robot hits it in the twin. You pay for deployment only if it hits the target on your real floor.

How it works

From your floor to a robot that clears your bar.

  1. WEEKS 1–2

    Capture

Cameras go up alongside production. You get every loss in dollars.

  2. WEEK 3

    Set the bar

Pick one task and the accuracy and speed a robot must hit.

  3. WEEKS 4–6

    Twin

That station, its items and cycle times, in simulation.

  4. WEEKS 6–10

    Robots train

Vetted robot-AI teams train in your twin. Nothing touches your line.

  5. AFTER

    Pilot

The best one runs on your floor. You pay only if it clears the bar.
